This retail center was purchased during the Savings and Loans crisis. The Owner renovated the shopping center by removing sloped the sloped barrel tile roof and erecting parapet walls that hold uniformed signage in blue letters. Below a red striped lighting that provides a Red stipe lighting down on the covered walks.
