This Mall located in Westchester County, Mount Kisco, New York, was designed to appear as a Tudor Barn including grain silos. This mall had an inherently critical problem with line of sight to the merchandise. The mall was designed with an intermediate mall floor with stairs leading down to the First Floor of shops and up to the Second Floor of shops. This intermediate mall floor created a situation were the line of sight to the sales floors and merchandise was limited.

Here one can see The Manufacturer’s Outlet Center mall under construction. In these photos one can see were we added two escalators and eight new stairs to facilitate shoppers access to the First and Second Floor.
